Meeting Rooms

The Library has two meeting rooms available for larger groups. The person reserving the room must reside in the Guilderland School District and hold a current Guilderland Public Library card.

The Meeting Room Policy and the Agreement Form are available here. To ensure that the room is available, and that you qualify to use the facility, please call the Administrative Aide at 456-2400 x10 prior to filling out the Agreement Form.

Study Rooms

Do you need a quiet room to study by yourself or with a small group? We have study rooms available to those who need them. The Study Room Policy is available here. Sign up in person or by calling the Reference Department at 456-2400 x 7.
